We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time

Order Modifications

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request any changes to your order, including delivery address updates. To request a change, contact us at support@rilvana.co.uk with your order details.
After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped and we may be unable to make changes to your order or redirect it to a different address.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery
  4. Share the proof of non-delivery with us so we can investigate and arrange a reshipment or full refund
